B3 REFUNDS, RETURNS and WARRANTY POLICIES
First Order - 30 Day - Money Back Guarantee:
New Customers may cancel the first order transaction at any time prior to midnight of the 30th day after the date of confirmation of receiving their first order. Refund will be 100% of the first order transaction (Minus any shipping fees, and sales tax collected) as long as all the products purchased are returned. Partial returns of B3 Bands sets or packages are not eligible for the guarantee. B3 Bands, Pump, Bags, and Gear must be in a re-usable condition. Partial or complete nutrition products must be returned.
The person who ordered must contact B3 Customer Service for return instructions. Customer Service will provide an RMA #, and a return address. Return shipping fees are paid by the Customer.
Repeat Orders
Any customer who purchases any product(s) after their initial purchase is not eligible for the First Order 30-day money back guarantee. Any order by any person in the same household, office, or at the same address is considered a repeat order.
Do not alter the B3 Bands / Gear:
Do not write on the B3 Bands/Gear or alter the Bands/Cases in any way. Doing so voids any refunds or returns
Warranty B3 Bands and Pumps
B3 Bands and Pumps are covered by a 12 monthly limited warranty. To receive a replacement on incomplete, broken, damaged or defective B3 Bands and Pumps, the Customer must report the matter within twelve (12) months from the original order date, and the incomplete or defective item must be made available for inspection at the B3 Returns Processing Center, or confirmed defective by video sent to B3 Customer Service.

Warranty other than B3 Bands and Pumps
Products other than B3 Bands and Pumps are covered by a sixty (60) day warranty for defects. To receive a replacement on incomplete, broken, damaged or defective B3 product the customer must report the matter within sixty (60) days from the original order ship date. The defective item must be made available for inspection at the B3 Returns Processing Center or confirmed defective by video sent to B3 Customer Service.
Refused Orders
Defined as orders that are refused upon delivery, marked return to sender, are undeliverable, or that have an insufficient or incorrect address. A refused order is assigned a $15 refusal fee that is deducted from the refund. Refusal fees are applied to orders to offset return shipping costs and return processing charges. Refused orders could take up to ninety (90) days to reach the Returns Processing Center and are not guaranteed a refund. The refund amount will be deducted by the $15, and the original shipping fee and sales tax.
Re-Shipping or Changing of Address
Once an item is shipped, any changes to the shipping address will incur a fee equal to the carrier fee. In the event the order address cannot be changed and is returned to the B3 warehouse, the customer will be responsible paying an additional shipping charge to re-ship the order.
Refund Processing
Once the returned order for refund is received and inspected at the Returns Processing Center (usually within 10 business days), a refund will be issued to the credit card or PayPal account used to purchase the order. The refund amount will be deducted by the original shipping fee and sales tax.
Affiliate Direct Sales
If you purchased directly from a B3 Affiliate, you must contact the affiliate for any returns, exchanges or refunds
Warranty on items purchased from an Affiliate must be conducted through the original Affiliate. Order date for considering a warranty issue is the date the original Affiliate orders the products
Other Terms
All returns must be accompanied with the original, or a copy of the original, packing slip.
All returns must be accompanied by an ‘RMA’ # that must be written on the outside of the return package

All apparel and merchandise should be returned in original packaging and in "new" condition. "New" condition is defined as being without any alterations, defects or damages that would prevent the resale of the item.
If an item is returned that is not eligible for refund, you will be notified by Customer Support.
All printed business materials must still be in resalable condition, complete, unopened and in the original packaging in order to process a return and/or refund.
No returns will be accepted, or refunds processed for personalized or customized items.
To exchange products, Members can call Customer Support within sixty (60) days of original order ship date and must specify which product they would like to return and which products they would like to purchase in exchange. Members are responsible for the shipping fees to return and the shipping fees to send the new products for the exchange.
